This page explains what personal information Airo Scale collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need.

Who we are

Airo Scale is a trading name of Daniel Madzia, a sole trader based in Wales, UK. We are the "controller" for the personal information described here, which means we decide how it is used.

What we collect

Why we use it

We never sell your information and we don't use it for anything else.

Your campaign data

When we manage your ChatGPT ads, we work inside the ad account you own. Any information about your customers there (for example, conversion data) belongs to you. We handle it only on your instructions, as your "processor", as set out in our client terms.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our email provider (Google Workspace), our website host (Netlify, which also receives booking form submissions), any booking tool we use, and an accountant if we use one. They can only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we only use providers that protect it with the safeguards UK law requires.

Our website

Our website doesn't use cookies or tracking for advertising. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running securely. The fonts on our site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where needed.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email danielmadzia@airoscale.com. We'll reply within one month. It's free.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
